TPC Sugarloaf is one of the top golf destinations in the Atlanta area. When the 1,200-acre private club was planning renovations to its Lifestyle Center, it wanted to make sure its fitness facilities were also top-notch.

The solution was Wellbeats, an on-demand interactive workout system. It offers more than 350 fitness classes ranging from yoga to cycling to kickboxing which are all accessible by touchscreen technology. The system is as intuitive as a smartphone, so even beginners can quickly select the perfect class. And new classes are added regularly, so even people who exercise every day won't get bored.

Elo manufactured the 55-inch large format touch screen monitor on TPC Sugarloaf's fitness center wall. Young said the Elo touchscreen is easy to operate and rugged enough to stand up to constant use yet has a streamlined look that perfectly fits the decor.

The Elo touchscreen adds to our sleek design here at our newly renovated facility," she said. "It has really enhanced our member's experience here, and it's allowed them to schedule fitness on their own time.

Young added that with more and more companies offering fitness options for their employees, she wouldn't be surprised to see similar systems everywhere.

I think other businesses could benefit from this solution," she said. "Nowadays, corporate locations are implementing different workouts during the day. It would be nice if someone could do a personalized workout on their own time, whenever they feel like it.
