Repair Services
In the event your device needs service outside of the standard or
extended warranty, we have you covered. All you have to do is submit a
Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through Elo's online portal,
ship us the device and we handle the rest.
How it works.

Request RMA
Go to Elo’s online portal and submit a Returned Material Authorization (RMA). -
Service Quoted
A quote to service your device will be provided once your serial number is entered. -
RMA Issued
Once the quote is accepted, you can provide your payment and shipping information to have your device repaired. Your RMA number will be issued along with instructions on how to ship your device to Elo. -
Device Repaired
Once the device is received, an Elo technician will repair and return the device.
