Conditions: Replacement is applicable if the battery is damaged or the health is below 80%. This information can be found in the battery diagnostics app on the device.
How it works.

Run a test on the diagnostic app to ensure the battery health is below 80%. -
Request RMA
Go to Elo’s online portal and submit a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) request by selecting battery replacement as the reason for return. -
Replacement Battery Shipped
Instructions will be provided to have your new battery shipped out as soon as possible.
